Пакетићи су подељени деци из 6 колективних центара: Палилула „Крњача“, Земун „7 јули“, Гроцка “Грађевинар“, Палилула бараке „Енергопројект“, Звездара бараке „Поморавље“ и Савски венац бараке „Црнотравац“. Међу децом која су примила пакетиће било је и 50-оро ромске деце.
